BOOKING / CANCELLATION POLICY
To accommodate your desired booking a $25.00 non – refundable deposit is required for all services.(This excludes wedding and special events)
Once your booking request is received and confirmed, an invoice will be sent out to you via email to secure your future appointment.
As a courtesy, please remember to call or text as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment.
Clients canceling with less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be required to pay 30% of the service reserved in order to continue booking services.
If you book your appointment with less than 24 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment you are required to cancel only 3 hours before your service start time to avoid the cancellation fee.
Clients will have a 15 min grace period to arrive to their schedule appointment before a $15.00 late fee incurs. After this grace period your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee upon your next booking.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
Clients will no longer be eligible to book in the future without a card on file.
